New Strength Weight Training

Work one on one with certified personal trainers that know how to work with the adaptive population. Our weight training equipment was specifically chosen for safety, ease of use, variety, functionality, and effectiveness. This is not physical therapy workouts, but real fitness! We have enough weight for the strongest individuals and the equipment and training to do it safely. We offer individualized training programs for persons 12 years and older.
